All content, code, and materials within PocketScholar are owned by Team CXI13. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Any content you create within PocketScholar (notes, study materials, etc.) remains your property. However, by using the app, you grant us permission to process and store this data to provide the service.
Your email address and registration data are collected to provide beta access and send update notifications. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent.
PocketScholar is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. Team CXI13 is not liable for any damages, data loss, or issues arising from the use of the app, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to terminate your access to PocketScholar at any time if you violate these terms or for any reason at our discretion.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
